ITL Sunshine Station project is Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park's core business area built by Xi'an International Inland Port Vision Real Estate Co., Ltd. in 2019. Located in the southwest corner of the intersection of Gangwu Avenue and Caonan Second Road in Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park, it is next to Xi'an Railway Vocational & Technical Institute.

The project covers an area of 12.53 muand the total floor area is 20,887 square meters. It is Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park's key investment and development project with an aim to build the core business landmark of International Trade & Logistics Park.
