    The Holiday Inn Express and Atour Hotel in the Xi'an International Trade and Logistics (ITL) Park are the first international brand hotel and a domestic boutique mid-to-high-end business hotel in the park jointly built by ITL Group, IHG, and Atour Group, providing a strong guarantee for the basic supporting services of the National Games of the PRC in 2021. The two hotels have improved the life-supporting services in the park and also underpinned the park in developing into a well-functioning gathering place and highland of port trade and relevant convention and exhibition industry.

  • Youth Block

    Youth Block Commercial District is located in the middle section of Gangwu Avenue inXi'an International Trade & Logistics Park(the south side of the east gate of Xi'an Railway Vocational and Technical Institute). It is a gourmet street created by Xi'an International Inland Port Cultural and Commercial Development Co., Ltd. for the makers of the park. The total floor area of the project is 690 square meters. The block is now in full operation, with brands such as ZOO COFFEE (International Trade & Logistics Park Store), Taixijia (International Trade & Logistics Park Store), Mo Xiao Zhu Roujiamo, etc.

    To improve the life-supporting services in Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park, in April 2016, Xi'an International Inland Port Property Management Co., Ltd. created a series of "ITL Life Station" chain commercial brands, including Link2 convenience store, Clean-Car car wash and e-wash laundry.

  • Dream Commune Public Rental Housing

    The Dream Community is a public rental housing project under ITL Group, aiming to provide high-quality and convenient residential supporting services to enterprise employees working in the park. The project covers an area of 46 muwith a floor area of about 188,000 square meters (including apartments, a kindergarten and basements). The total residential area is about 167,000 square meters, with 7 apartments and 1 kindergarten planned for construction.

    The size of public rental housing is mainly 40-60 square meters, simple and practical. The exterior walls are designed to be insulated, with plastic steel double glazed windows. Each household has a water and electricity meter that uses an all-purpose card. The living rooms and bedrooms have wood floors from famous brands and are decorated in pastel colors. They are equipped with furniture and household appliances (TV, refrigerator and air conditioner, apartment-type public rental housing only), creating a warm and comfortable home environment. Aluminum alloy push-pull windows ensure good lighting inside. Kitchens are equipped with wall-mounted boilers, exquisite cabinets made of moisture-proof boards and quality stainless steel dish basins. Bathrooms are equipped with fancy shower, cabinet, toilet bowl, dressing mirror and mirror lights. Kitchens and bathrooms are all covered with ceramic wall and floor tiles and equipped with dustproof and waterproof lights and aluminum gusset ceilings. The neighborhood has 2,908 residential housings, 2,144 of which have been let out. The housings are finely decorated and move-in ready. Under the control of the information management platform and the face recognition management platform, the housings can be rationally arranged, the tenants can be reasonably allocated, and all kinds of safety-related work can be carried out in an orderly manner.

    The stores on lower floors of the Dream Community will be constructed in two phases. Businesses that have already operated include Yudao Restaurant Club, ITL Life Station and other supporting facilities for work and life. The second phase has a total floor area of about 14,000 square meters. It includes the bottom 5 floors of Building No. 5 adjacent to the Gangwu Avenue (about 9,000 square meters of floor area), the bottom 2 floors of Building No. 6 (about 2,500 square meters) and the bottom 2 floors of Building No. 7 (about 2,500 square meters).

    Ulife KIDS is a maternal and infant sector derived from the Ulife brand family.     Ulife KIDS Xi'an Port Imported Maternal and Infant Store (Qujiang Store) entered Northwest China's largest children's amusement complex — Qujiang Zhengrong Rainbow Valley Shopping Center in June 2018, providing a more convenient way for those who pursue high-quality life to enjoy the global good-quality but low-cost maternal and infant products.     The normal operation of China Railway Express (CRE) Chang'an international freight train has built a road of friendship between Eurasian countries for cultural and economic exchanges. In order to further allow Xi'an citizens to experience the convenience and benefits brought by the operation and development of CRE Chang'an international freight train, the Administrative Committee of Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park and ITL Group held the Ulife "Chang’an" Container Shopping Market, where containers are used as a carrier to centrally sell the goods carried by CRE Chang'an international freight train, so as to create a platform for displaying the achievements of port construction in the International Trade & Logistics Park. Ulife fair sells more than 5,000 kinds of commodities in 13 categories, including daily necessities, kitchenware, daily products, household products, health products, beverages, food, maternal and infant products and fresh products from more than 40 countries such as Australia, Japan and Korea, as well as other countries in Europe, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and other regions.

    In 2019, Ulife Fair participated in the "Xi'an Year, the Best China", Fucha Town Jinfufang·Open Street Event and major corporate tour exhibitions, exhibiting and selling products from countries along the Belt and Road, thus building a first-class container fair.
