Now "trains with five top performances" that take the Xi'an Port as the core and the China Railway Express Chang'an international freight train and multi-modal transportation as the carriers have been developed. The five top performances refer to the shortest travel time, the highest level of intelligence, the widest coverage, the most complete services, and the lowest comprehensive cost. Notably, Chang'an international freight train has opened 15 international freight trunk lines, which can reach 44 countries and regions in Europe and Asia. By the end of November 2020, 7,015 trains were already dispatched. This year alone, 3,441 were dispatched, 1.8 times that of the same period last year; a total of about 2.64 million tons of goods were transported, 1.8 times that of the same period last year. In terms of the number of trains, the ratio of the loaded container, the volume of freight and other comprehensive indicators, the Chang'an international freight train ranked among the first all over the country.

Taking the construction of Xi'an Assembly Center of China Railway Express as an opportunity, ITL Group has cooperated with Qingdao, Ningbo, Shanghai, Shenzhen and other coastal port cities on launching seal-rail intermodal train so as to achieve seamless connection with "port-type hub" cities. In the meanwhile, it has also teamed up with a number of "production-service-type hub" and "business-service-type hub" cities like Xiangyang and Shijiazhuang to open international freight trains that assemble and transship cargoes in Xi'an, such as the trains of "Xiangyang-Xi'an-Europe" and "Hebei-Xi'an-Europe", to create an international logistics network with Xi'an as the center.Westward, we utilize sea-rail intermodal transport to realize efficient connection with the African Continent via the Mediterranean Sea;eastward, we take advantage of our close connection with Qingdao Port, Shanghai Port and other coastal ports to link with the America and the Oceania via the Pacific Ocean;northward, we are able to link with China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor via Manzhouli and Erenhot;southward, we can reach out to ASEAN countries and the whole world at large via the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor by seal-rail intermodal transport and sea-road intermodal transport. Integrated multimodal transportation channels can make logistics activities centered around land port hubs more efficient.Take the eastward sea-rail intermodal transportation channel as example.Previously, goods from the Port of Melbourne, Australia needed to wait in line at the coastal ports for customs clearance, and then were transported to Xi'an by railway. While now, with sea-rail intermodal transportation, goods need not to stop by the coastal ports any longer and can be transported directly to the Xi'an Port, thus halving the transportation time and greatly reducing the logistics and warehouse costs.
