ITL Catering Management Co., Ltd.was established in 2020 with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ITL Group. The Group Catering Operations Department primarily offers dining services to Party and government offices, enterprises, public institutions, and schools. Presently, it manages eight projects, encompassing three catering service projects for Party and government offices, one for employees, two for schools, one healthcare catering project, and one sports catering project. The department extends its group catering services to over 40 institutions. The Market Catering Department operates the ITL Bay · Gang Xiao Yu Riverside Garden Restaurant, Harbour Hotel · Zhejiang Gourmet Chinese Restaurant, and Harbour Hotel · Yugang Wharf Hot Pot Restaurant.
Located in the heart of the expansive Bahe River water area in Xi’an, the ITL Bay · Gang Xiao Yu Riverside Garden Restaurant sits adjacent to the Sanheyishan (Three Rivers and One Mountain) Greenway and is bordered by the Bawei Bridge Car Tour Wetland Parkto its north. Visitors dining inside the restaurant can relish a stunning, up-close view of the picturesque Bahe River surroundings. The restaurant specializes in a fusion of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shaanxi cuisine along with barbecue and hot pot dishes in a 900-square-meter business area. Zhejiang Gourmet Chinese Restaurant specializes in Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine, with a focus on Suzhou cuisine and an incorporation of seasonal dishes from Shaanxi and other culinary styles, aiming to provide guests with the most authentic Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine. The restaurant has six private dining rooms available for hosting private events, business dinners, and other occasions.
