ITL Catering provides Chinese and western cuisine, hotpot, staff meals, and other diversified catering services for customers. It includes Yugang Wharf, Zhejiang Gourmet, Harbour, Gangxiaoyu, and eight staff restaurants. It is a five-stared catering service provider, vice-chair organization of Xi'an Food and Beverage Industry Association, a consumer-satisfied organization in Xi'an ITL Park, a standardized demonstration of Xi'an, a brand demonstration store of the 2021 City of Gastronomy Xi'an, and an appointed catering service provider for the 14th National Games of China, Paralympics, and Special Olympics.

Yugang Wharf is seated at the southwest corner of the intersection of Gangwu Avenue and Qinhan Avenue, Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park, which is the central area of ITL Sports Park, covering an area of 5,900 square meters. The first floor of Yugang Wharf is equipped with an individual customer area, a banquet area, and a multi-functional area, which can hold about 200 people. The restaurant mainly provides Chongqing-style hotpot with the features of "authenticity, freshness, quality and pureness" to restore the characteristics of the authentic hotpot of Chongqing.

Zhejiang Gourmet is a Chinese restaurant specializing in cooking integrated Suzhou cuisine, Jiangsu and Zhejiang delicacies, and local snacks. With an elegant minimalist-style decor, the restaurant has 23 private rooms and can accommodate about 250 people, which is an optimal venue for holding wedding banquets, business banquets, government banquets, and family dinner parties.

Harbour is a western restaurant located in No. 11 Cabin in Qihang Park. ITL Healthcare and Household Management is a state-owned healthcare and household management service institution invested and established by Xi'an International Land Port Investment Development Group. It has been successively awarded the honorary titles of "A Standing Director Member of Shaanxi Family Service Association", "A Member of Shaanxi Jinguo Home Service Association", "Integrity Service Unit" and "Star Enterprise".

Located at No. 1 Xibin Avenue, Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park, the ITL Healthcare Center was open to the public by the end of 2019, with a total construction area of about 6,000 square meters. It can be divided into the south area and the north area. The first floor of the south area is the exhibition area for aging facilities and equipment; the second floor is the community health service center; the third floor sets up the nursing area, rehabilitation physiotherapy area, elderly university, and recreation area. The north area provides housekeeping, care service, training and others. The Healthcare Center provides residents with services such as medical outpatient service, rehabilitation nursing, traditional Chinese medicine therapy, short-term care, bath assistance, nutritious diet, aging equipment experience, and elderly university courses (including dance, musical instruments, handwork, calligraphy, and Chinese zithers). It makes more elderly people have access to medical care, rehabilitation, health care, and leisure services to improve their happiness and health index.

ITL Beach was highlighted in the early stage of the project, and its community elderly care services and industry competition greatly enrich the experience of elderly care services, laying a foundation for the services of the ITL Healthcare Center.
