ITL Beach (Phase I) Laiden Town

ITL Beach (Phase I) Laiden Town Project is located west of Yingbin Avenue, north of North Third Ring Road, and east of Hedi Road. It is located at the southwest gateway of Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park. The project has been fully delivered in 2015.

ITL Beach (Phase I) Laiden Town, with a total construction area of 234,000 square meters, a floor area ratio of only 2.47, and a greening rate as high as 40%. It aims to create the first Dutch-style international community in Northwest China, incorporating iconic elements of Dutch architecture such as windmills and sloping roofs. It is a model of river-dwelling life that integrates landscape garden houses, high-rise river views, and commerce. It is a low-density and fashionable community featuring modern minimalist architecture, three-dimensional garden landscape, modern European-style streetscape, cultural sculptures, etc. and is mainly composed of garden houses and high-rise buildings with river views. It is an ecological mid-to-high-end residential area where people and buildings coexist harmoniously.
