ITL Beach (Phase II) Laiden Town

The ITL Beach (Phase II) Laiden Town, located in the northwest corner of Xingyuan Interchange and close to the auxiliary lane of 3rd Ring Road North, covers an area of about 25 mu, with a total construction area of about 61,400 square meters and a residential floor area ratio of 2.74. The construction items include one medium and high-rise building, one high-rise building, and three foreign-style houses.

This project is close to the ITL Beach (Phase I) Laiden Town Project. It is upgraded following the style of the Phase I project in terms of modern simple architecture, stereoscopic garden landscape, and modern European-style streetscape.
