www.iesroad.com is a comprehensive cross-border e-commerce service platform created by the Administrative Committee of Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park and ITL Group relying on the function of Xi'an Port and the advantages of the national cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone for enterprises and consumers. The platform has two functions. First, it is a platform for handling administrative affairs, mainly providing one-stop import and export cross-border e-commerce transactions, customs clearance, warehousing, logistics and payment settlement services for small-, medium- and micro-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises stationed in Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park. Second, it aims to provide consumers with a convenient official cross-border e-commerce shopping channel, allowing consumers to enjoy high-quality but low-cost import and export commodities from all over the world without going out. The main operator of the project is Xi'an International Inland Port E-commerce and Trade Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of ITL Group under the Administrative Committee of Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park.
