On July 15,2020,ITL Group held the Analysis Meeting on Production and Operation in the First Half of 2020, through which the Group thoroughly analyzed and summarized the production and operation status in the first half of 2020, and made arrangements for the next key tasks ofITLGroup. The Meeting was attended by the management ofITLGroup, all departments, personnel in charge of subsidiaries, and relevant staff.

At the Meeting, the performance assessment rankings ofITL Group for the first half of 2020 were released. In addition, the Strategic Enterprise Management Department, Accounting Department, and Capital & Finance Department made respective report and analysis of the first half of 2020 on the production and operation, financial situations and budget enforcement, and the post-investment management.The management ofITL Group delivered speeches.

The Meeting informed thatregardless of the COVID-19 epidemic in the first half of 2020,ITL Group still abidedby the principle set by theCPCXi'an Municipal Committee and Xi'an Municipal People's Government of "maintaining our missions, objectives, and standards" to advance the key tasks in an orderly manner, whereby the business performance was gradually improved, and the overall revenue-related affairs were recovered comprehensively.

The Meeting indicated thattaking this Meeting as an opportunity,ITL Group gained a clear understanding of problems and difficulties that existed in the current work, and accordingly found out solutions and the right approaches to problems. Through this Meeting, employees were motivated to pool their strengths together for making plans in advance, maintaining competitiveedges, and keeping self-improvement to realize transcendence. Also, the Meeting was a guarantee of the complete achievement of this year's objectives and tasks so as to boost the high-quality development ofITL Group.

In view of the following work and the measures for ensuring the success in completingobjectives and tasks of 2020,General Manager Qu Jinwei raised three requirements as follows:

The first requirement is to keep tapping the internal potential with the objectives as the beacon regardless of difficulties.

ITL Group shall concentrate on the main business and key tasks, and meanwhile attach equal emphasis on the port-vicinity trade, project construction, financial service, assets management, investment attraction, and corporate operation; meticulously complete tasks of the second half of 2020 to achieve corresponding objectives, and fully motivate all employees including the management to fire their enthusiasm, initiative, and spirit of innovation on the basis of making an all-round summary of the performance in the first half of the year, so as to inject new energy to the high-quality development ofITL Group.

The third requirement is to correctly judge the status quo and seize opportunities with an enhanced sense of responsibility and urgency.

Tofurther strengthen the Party spirit of Party members ofITL Group for them to continue to be advanced and pure Party members, the Party Committee ofITL Group carried out the activities of the Party Day under the theme of "Receiving Red Education to Stay True to the Original Mission" in batches from July 2 to 10, 2020,in the red revolution education bases, the Memorial Hall of Zhaojin Revolutionary Base in Shaanxi-Gansu Border Region and the Chenjiapo Conference Site in Tongchuan, where Party members together reviewed the effulgent fighting history of the Communist Party of China (CPC),reminisced about revolutionary martyrs, appreciated the spirit of Zhaojin Revolutionary Base, and received the baptism of the red culture.

Afterward, Party members and officials sat in a circle under the ancient pagoda tree to listen to the vivid narration of the veteran Du Tianxiang who safeguards the revolutionary site and inherits the spirit of Zhaojin Revolutionary Base about the history of Chenjiapo Conference Site. All participants felt the eventful years of the revolutionary martyrs, their adherence to the revolutionary faith, and the profound connotation of the spirit of Zhaojin Revolutionary Base, i.e., the spirit of independent exploration, the spirit of dedication without fear of sacrifice, and the spirit of solidarity and struggle.

Since the establishment of Xi’an International Inland Port Multimodal Transportation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ITL Multimodal Transportation") in 2016, the company has been a loyal follower of the Belt and Road Initiative and a steadfast discharger of Shaanxi's objectives for its development of the "hub economy, portal economy, and flow economy". As ITL Multimodal Transportation has been continuously increasing the routes and stations of the CR Express (Chang'an) international freight train, there are 15 routes including the one from Xi'an to Rostock and the "German Express", as well as 14 stations including Malaszewicze and Gothenburg open to customers.It is noteworthy that a new station along the CR Express (Chang'an) "German Express", namely the Vilnius Station has been officially launched. As the capital and largest city of the Republic of Lithuania, Vilnius is the major economic center of the country and one of the largest financial centers of Baltic states. Vilnius has constructed a well-developed traffic system,which consists of highways to the rest of the country and Vilnius International Airport. It is reported that the Vilnius Station is projected to be the new unloading point on the CR Express (Chang'an) "German Express". As the first domestic regular route of international freight trains to Vilnius, which is under the management of the ITL Multimodal Transportation, the CR Express (Chang'an) "German Express" will depart from Xi'an regularly every week, and arrive at Vilnius, 9,000 km away, in just eight days.

Persistently upholding the concept of quality and efficient development, the ITL Multimodal Transportation has been improving the quality and frequency of trains of CR Express (Chang'an).
