ITL Group Holds the Analysis Meeting on Production and Operation in the First Half of 2020
On July 15,2020,ITL Group held the Analysis Meeting on Production and Operation in the First Half of 2020, through which the Group thoroughly analyzed and summarized the production and operation status in the first half of 2020, and made arrangements for the next key tasks ofITLGroup. The Meeting was attended by the management ofITLGroup, all departments, personnel in charge of subsidiaries, and relevant staff.
At the Meeting, the performance assessment rankings ofITL Group for the first half of 2020 were released. In addition, the Strategic Enterprise Management Department, Accounting Department, and Capital & Finance Department made respective report and analysis of the first half of 2020 on the production and operation, financial situations and budget enforcement, and the post-investment management.The management ofITL Group delivered speeches.
The Meeting informed thatregardless of the COVID-19 epidemic in the first half of 2020,ITL Group still abidedby the principle set by theCPCXi'an Municipal Committee and Xi'an Municipal People's Government of "maintaining our missions, objectives, and standards" to advance the key tasks in an orderly manner, whereby the business performance was gradually improved, and the overall revenue-related affairs were recovered comprehensively.
The Meeting indicated thattaking this Meeting as an opportunity,ITL Group gained a clear understanding of problems and difficulties that existed in the current work, and accordingly found out solutions and the right approaches to problems. Through this Meeting, employees were motivated to pool their strengths together for making plans in advance, maintaining competitiveedges, and keeping self-improvement to realize transcendence. Also, the Meeting was a guarantee of the complete achievement of this year's objectives and tasks so as to boost the high-quality development ofITL Group.
In view of the following work and the measures for ensuring the success in completingobjectives and tasks of 2020,General Manager Qu Jinwei raised three requirements as follows:
The first requirement is to keep tapping the internal potential with the objectives as the beacon regardless of difficulties.
ITL Group shall maintain the development momentum and align the internal efforts with the external support to tap the full potential of businesses such as the port-vicinity trade; make sustained innovation and transformation while integrating superior resources to finally "take comprehensive measures" that combine various advantages.
The second requirement is to highlight the key tasks and supervise the responsibility fulfillment to achieve the given objectives of the year.
ITL Group shall concentrate on the main business and key tasks, and meanwhile attach equal emphasis on the port-vicinity trade, project construction, financial service, assets management, investment attraction, and corporate operation; meticulously complete tasks of the second half of 2020 to achieve corresponding objectives, and fully motivate all employees including the management to fire their enthusiasm, initiative, and spirit of innovation on the basis of making an all-round summary of the performance in the first half of the year, so as to inject new energy to the high-quality development ofITL Group.
The third requirement is to correctly judge the status quo and seize opportunities with an enhanced sense of responsibility and urgency.
ITL Group shall follow closely the trend and timely figure out changes while showing the consciousness of thinking in big-picture terms, discharging responsibilities, and accomplishing missions to be a pathfinder and doer; transform opportunities into results by valuing key accounts and finding out breakthrough points, as well as infuse innovation into the whole industry chain and guide the layout of the industry chain with innovation to strive for the completion of tasks and objectives.
Meanwhile,ITL Group shall be determined to insist on requirements as high as they were for the tasks, objectives, standards, and efforts to head off the crisis.
