On August 6,2020,Qu Jinwei, Secretary of thePartyCommitteeand General Manager of ITL Group came to Xi’an International Inland Port Multimodal Transportation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ITL Multimodal Transportation"), a point of contact of thePartyCommittee of ITL Group. Qu gave all the Party members, leaders, and representatives of staff members a thematic Party lecture titled "Study In-depth the Spirits in General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Speeches and Instructions During His Investigation in Shaanxi, Strive to be the Vanguard in the Implementation of the Spirits".

At last, Secretary Qu made four requests for all people:
