The ITL Sports Park is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Gangwu Avenue and Qinhan Avenue at Xi'an Chan-Ba International Port, spanning over 163 mu(10.87 hectares), with about 58,000 square meters of commercial building area.

The park boasts a range of sports facilities, including 4 indoor standard tennis courts (2,800 square meters), 2 indoor center tennis courts (3,000 square meters), 6 outdoor standard tennis courts (6,000 square meters), 1 tennis training wall, and 2 11-a-side football fields (16,000 square meters). These facilities feature a real-time online reservation system, as well as smart access control and lighting systems.

The ITL Sports Park is operated by Xi'an Huigang Sports Culture Development Co., Ltd. Its main business scope includes event organization, stadium management, sports training, and corporate team-building activities. The park has successfully hosted notable events such as the 2024 ITF World Tennis Masters Tour MT200 Xi'an, the 2024 Shaanxi Junior Tennis Championship, the 2023 "Shaanxi Construction · ITL Cup" Second Public Tennis League Shaanxi Competition, and the 2023 5th"Teloon · ITL Cup" Women's Teams Tennis Invitational Tournament of the City of China.

Relying on the ITL Sports Park, the self-developed Little Drop Tennis Youth Training Camp is a comprehensive tennis training institution integrating teaching and training services. With a professional faculty and advanced teaching system, the camp strives to establish systematic standards for youth amateur sports training. It serves as a designated youth tennis training base and examination site for tennis grading in Xi'an. It offers training programs including intensive sessions, weekend classes, and summer/winter camps, all aimed at providing systematic and professional tennis training for both youth and adults.

The National Games Village project includes three supporting projects of the Xi'an Sports Center constructed by Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park, ITL Group and Greentown Group in conjunction with the 14th National Games of the People's Republic of China. The projects include the National Games Village, National Games Lake, Bahe River Line (National Games Section). The total investment of the project is about RMB 7.6 billion. The construction plan includes apartment-style houses, an event command center, a conference center, a reception service center, a catering center, a fitness center, a medical center and related commercial facilities and city parks. The total area is about 1,000 muand the floor area is about 1.06 million square meters. After the project is completed, it will be mainly used to receive athletes, coaches, technical officials, etc. during the games, to provide them with a comfortable and convenient living environment, and to provide a strong guarantee for good performance in the competition and the spread of sportsmanship. After the Games, it will be used as a regional living supporting facility to enhance the habitability of the city.

The Bahe River Line (National Games Section) project starts from the Eurasian Bridge in the south to the Weihe Luyuan Bridge in the east, with a total length of about 14 kilometers. The core construction area spans from the North Ring Expressway in the south to where the Bahe goes into the Weikou in the north, and from 50 meters from the backside of the left bank of Bahe River in the west to 70 meters east of the right bank of the Bahe.

The National Games Lake project will integrate shoreline construction, combine the ecological green axis of Xi'an Sports Center and the requirements of water sports venues, and reorganize the shoreline and cross-section of the Bahe River on the premise of meeting the requirements of flood prevention and rescue. It will widen Bahe River west to the Sports Center to form a landscape lake.

The Xi'an Olympic Sports Center project is in a prime location of Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park, facing the Bahe River to the west. It is west to Xingwei Road, east to Yingbin Avenue, north to Xiangdong Road, and south to Liuxin Road. The project consists of a 60,000-seat stadium, an 18,000-seat gymnasium and a 4,000-seat swimming and diving venue.

Xi'an will take "world vision, international standards, Chinese characteristics, and high positioning" as its general requirements, with the construction of Xi'an Olympic Sports Center as the "engine", implement the ecological integration project involving three rivers of Chanhe River, Bahe River and Weihe River and their six banks, and build a three-dimensional traffic project including five bridges, five tunnels and five avenues and the Silk Road Conference and Exhibition Center project, making the eastern new city the main battlefield for implementing the "Five New" strategy of the provincial party committee and building the "Large Xi'an".
