Xi’an International Inland Port Haiman Hotel Management Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xi’an International Inland Port Bonded Logistics Investment & Construction Co., Ltd. which is a secondary subsidiary of Xi’an International Inland Port Investment & Development Group Co., Ltd. (ITL Group). The company operates three hotels in Xi’an International Trade & Logistics Park (Xi’an ITL Park): Holiday Inn Express, Atour Hotel, and Harbour Hotel.

The Holiday Inn Express and Atour Hotel comprise the inaugural international and domestic boutique mid-to-high-end business hotel brands within the park, a collaborative effort between ITL Group, IHG, and Atour Group. This partnership ensured robust essential services for the 2021 National Games of the PRC. Following more than two years of preparation, ITL launched Harbour Hotel in 2023, marking its inaugural venture into self-operated lodging establishments and bolstering ITL’s hotel portfolio.

Holiday Inn Express

The hotel is situated in the Xi’an Port International Purchasing Center Project, part of the Belt and Road Initiative, within the core area of Xi’an ITL Park. It is 35 kilometers from Xi’an Xianyang International Airport and 15 kilometers from Xi’an North Railway Station. The hotel covers a building area of 23,000 square meters and features 225 fashionable and simple guest rooms and two 150-square-meter conference rooms, capable of accommodating 200 people simultaneously.

Atour Hotel

Atour Hotel in Xi’an ITL Park is located on Gangwu Avenue, adjacent to Xi’an Railway Vocational & Technical Institute, Xi’an Port International Purchasing Center, and Xi’an Comprehensive Bonded Zone. The hotel’s design concept incorporates Atour’s themes of traditional reading and local photography, combined with features of the Belt and Road Initiative at Xi’an ITL Park. Harbour Hotel

Harbour Hotel is a business boutique hotel offering accommodation, catering, and leisure services. The hotel has six floors, with the activity center, conference room, and self-service laundry room located on the basement floor. The hotel’s first floor features a lobby and restaurants. The restaurant area includes a 1,000-square-meter banquet hall that can accommodate 50 banquet tables and offers various conference services. Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast, Chinese food, Western food, and hot pot. Moreover, a 1,000-square-meter outdoor lawn is available for outdoor weddings. The second to fifth floors house 165 guest rooms, including five business suites, 64 king-size rooms, and 96 twin rooms.

The hotel offers comprehensive services such as business travel accommodation, large-scale banquets, brand catering, exhibitions, and sports and fitness facilities for business travelers and nearby enterprises. The Dream Community is a public rental housing project under ITL Group, aiming to provide high-quality and convenient residential supporting services to enterprise employees working in the park. The project covers an area of 46 muwith a floor area of about 188,000 square meters (including apartments, a kindergarten and basements). The total residential area is about 167,000 square meters, with 7 apartments and 1 kindergarten planned for construction.

The size of public rental housing is mainly 40-60 square meters, simple and practical. The exterior walls are designed to be insulated, with plastic steel double glazed windows. Each household has a water and electricity meter that uses an all-purpose card. The living rooms and bedrooms have wood floors from famous brands and are decorated in pastel colors. They are equipped with furniture and household appliances (TV, refrigerator and air conditioner, apartment-type public rental housing only), creating a warm and comfortable home environment. Ulife KIDS Xi'an Port Imported Maternal and Infant Store (Qujiang Store) entered Northwest China's largest children's amusement complex — Qujiang Zhengrong Rainbow Valley Shopping Center in June 2018, providing a more convenient way for those who pursue high-quality life to enjoy the global good-quality but low-cost maternal and infant products. The normal operation of China Railway Express (CRE) Chang'an international freight train has built a road of friendship between Eurasian countries for cultural and economic exchanges. In order to further allow Xi'an citizens to experience the convenience and benefits brought by the operation and development of CRE Chang'an international freight train, the Administrative Committee of Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park and ITL Group held the Ulife "Chang’an" Container Shopping Market, where containers are used as a carrier to centrally sell the goods carried by CRE Chang'an international freight train, so as to create a platform for displaying the achievements of port construction in the International Trade & Logistics Park.
