The Dream Community is a public rental housing project under ITL Group, aiming to provide high-quality and convenient residential supporting services to enterprise employees working in the park. The project covers an area of 46 muwith a floor area of about 188,000 square meters (including apartments, a kindergarten and basements). The total residential area is about 167,000 square meters, with 7 apartments and 1 kindergarten planned for construction.
The size of public rental housing is mainly 40-60 square meters, simple and practical. The exterior walls are designed to be insulated, with plastic steel double glazed windows. Each household has a water and electricity meter that uses an all-purpose card. The living rooms and bedrooms have wood floors from famous brands and are decorated in pastel colors. They are equipped with furniture and household appliances (TV, refrigerator and air conditioner, apartment-type public rental housing only), creating a warm and comfortable home environment. Aluminum alloy push-pull windows ensure good lighting inside. Kitchens are equipped with wall-mounted boilers, exquisite cabinets made of moisture-proof boards and quality stainless steel dish basins. Bathrooms are equipped with fancy shower, cabinet, toilet bowl, dressing mirror and mirror lights. Kitchens and bathrooms are all covered with ceramic wall and floor tiles and equipped with dustproof and waterproof lights and aluminum gusset ceilings. The neighborhood has 2,908 residential housings, 2,144 of which have been let out. The housings are finely decorated and move-in ready. Under the control of the information management platform and the face recognition management platform, the housings can be rationally arranged, the tenants can be reasonably allocated, and all kinds of safety-related work can be carried out in an orderly manner.
The stores on lower floors of the Dream Community will be constructed in two phases. Businesses that have already operated include Yudao Restaurant Club, ITL Life Station and other supporting facilities for work and life. The second phase has a total floor area of about 14,000 square meters. It includes the bottom 5 floors of Building No. 5 adjacent to the Gangwu Avenue (about 9,000 square meters of floor area), the bottom 2 floors of Building No. 6 (about 2,500 square meters) and the bottom 2 floors of Building No. 7 (about 2,500 square meters).
The project, boasting prominent location advantage and complete business forms, will be a large commercial block contributing most of the consumption in Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park and serving surrounding areas.
