    Xi'an Port Ganghang Building is located in the northeast corner at the intersection of Qinhan Avenue and Gangwu Middle Road in Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park. With a floor area of about 31,882 m2, the project is close to the largest railway container center station in Asia, across the street from the largest comprehensive bonded zone in northwest China. It is 6.9 km away from the International Trade & Logistics Park Station of Metro Line 3 and 4.3 km away from the International Trade & Logistics Park Flyover of Xiyu Expressway. It enjoys an advantageous geographical location and convenient transportation, which can meet enterprises' normal travel needs.   • Shaanxi Free Trade Zone LENPO Cross-Border Shopping Center

    Shaanxi Free Trade Zone LENPO Cross-border Shopping Center is located in the Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park of China (Shaanxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone, a close neighbor of Xi'an Railway Container Center Station and Xi'an Comprehensive Bonded Zone. The commercial section, with a floor area of 6,800 square meters, sells more than 3,000 kinds of imported goods under over ten categories, including cosmetics, affordable luxury, maternal and infant supplies and high-end kitchenware. It also has other business functions, housing bookstores, maker cafes, etc.

    This project is the first cross-border product customization experience center in northwest China built by the Administrative Committee of Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park and ITL Group, relying on the policies of China (Shaanxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone and Xi'an's advantage in cross-border e-commerce.     Inland Port Mansion is located on the south side of the intersection of Gangwu Avenue and Panqian Road. On the other side is the Comprehensive Service Hall of Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park in China (Shaanxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone. The floor area is about 39,826.74 square meters and the leasable area is about 39,340 square meters, and there are 231 underground parking spaces. Centering on the construction of a financial incubation base and financial service support platform, and focusing on financial leasing, commercial factoring, supply chain finance and other industries, the project provides services to financial enterprises.     Xi'an Port Imported Wine Trading Base is located in the northwest corner of the intersection of Qinhan Avenue and Gangwu Road in Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park, north of Xi'an Comprehensive Bonded Zone and south of Xi'an Railway Container Center Station. It is a platform for wine exhibition and trading built by the Administrative Committee of Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park and ITL Group, relying on the policies and functional advantages of China (Shaanxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone and Xi'an Port. With a total floor area of 18,287 square meters, the project is an open commercial block aiming to bring international high-quality wine consumption experience to consumers in Xi'an and boost the wine consumption market in northwest China.

    It offers wine from famous wineries in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Chile, South Africa and other countries, including Lafite, Latour, Haut Brion, Mouton, Cheval Blanc, Petrus, Ausone, etc., accompanied by other business types such as office and catering.     N·BOX project is located in the northeast corner of the intersection of Gangwu West Road and Liuxin Road in Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park, near the entrance of Xinzhu Station of Xi'an Metro Line 3. The project covers an area of about 12 muand the total planned floor area is 33,000. The first phase consists of eight container-shaped business buildings, with a total area of 7,800 square meters, including the northern square, A/B business buildings, symbol tower and central square. It adopts the model of a container block and businesses are distributed on internal streets and along the external street.

    Aiming to build an exchange platform focusing on cultural exhibitions and entrepreneurship and innovation, the project mainly consists of four parts: Belt and Road People-to-people Exchanges Exhibition Hall, Cultural Trade Base, College Student E-commerce Innovation Base, and Exchange and Training Center.
