The Delegation of ITL Group Visits and Inspects Shaanxi Automobile Holdings Limited

On June 4, the delegation of ITL Group arrived atShaanxi Automobile Xi'an Commercial Vehicle Industrial Park for a visit and inspection, through which the delegation has gained a detailed understanding of the development course, operation, and other situations of Shaanxi Automobile Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Shaanxi Automobile Holdings").Accompanied by Wang Yanhong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Shaanxi Automobile Holdings, and Liu Shuiku, a member of the Party Committee of Shaanxi Automobile Holdings, the delegation has taken part in the symposium with personnel of Shaanxi Automobile Holdings on cooperation-related affairs.
      This April when General Secretary Xi Jinping paid his visit to Xi'an, Shaanxi Automobile Holdings was his first stop.

Shaanxi Automobile Holdings, headquartered in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, is a large-scale heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer in Northwest China, which manages over 100 joint-stock & holding companies, including Shaanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Automobile Industry Co., Ltd., and Shaanxi Automobile Group Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. Its predecessor was the Shaanxi Automobile Manufacturing Plant founded in 1968.

As the biggest manufacturer in Northwest China, Shaanxi Automobile Holdings ranks 20thon the list of Top 500 Machinery Enterprises in China. Since Shaanxi Automobile Holdings established its first plant more than 50 years ago, the enterprise has undertaken the task of developing and manufacturing the three generations of heavy off-road vehicles for the People's Liberation Army (PLA). In addition to rendering meritorious services to China's national defense, Shaanxi Automobile Holdings is also in the vanguard of the civil-military integration development.

Qu Jinwei, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the ITL Group, Zhai Ruopeng, Deputy General Manager of the ITL Group, and relevant middle management first visited the Shaanxi Automobile Exhibition Hall to understand the development course, corporate culture, and strategic objectives of Shaanxi Automobile Holdings in detail.

Afterward, the delegation inspected the General Assembly Plant to probe into the product category, market distribution, technological level, and future planning of Shaanxi Automobile Holdings.

Ensuing the visits, the delegation of the ITL Group and the company of Shaanxi Automobile Holdings had a symposium, on which they thoroughly discussed the measures for further deepening cooperation and win-win development, and introducing local enterprises of Shaanxi to the international arena.

Wang Yanhong gave an introduction to the production and operation status of the industry and Shaanxi Automobile Holdings, and expressed his wishes that the two parties can render each other support and enhance communication to boost the business connection in an orderly manner; allow full play to own advantages, expand the scope of cooperation, introduce innovative approaches to cooperation, and realize the win-win development with a long-term vision.

Qu Jinwei indicated that Shaanxi Automobile Holdings has made breathtaking achievements at a rapid speed. As it is expected, Shaanxi Automobile Holdings should make the best of its advantages of automobile manufacturing, while the ITL Group the advantages of international railway transport and the import & export trade in used cars to further improve the manufacturing industry chain layout overseas of Shaanxi, deepen cooperation while making innovation, together scramble for opportunities of the Belt and Road Initiative, and provide enterprises with satisfying services through the platform of "Chang'an" international freight train of CR Express, boosting the high-quality development of Shaanxi Automobile Holdings in overseas markets.

In the future, the ITL Group will enhance its exchanges on mutual demands and promote cooperation with Shaanxi Automobile Holdings to support local enterprises of Shaanxi in settling in countries along the Belt and Road as a whole and assist Shaanxi Automobile Holdings in entering the overseas market, so as to make every effort to write a new chapter on Shaanxi's endeavor and transcendence in the new era.
