ITL Group Launches Activities of the Thematic Party Day in Zhaojin Red Revolutionary Base

Tofurther strengthen the Party spirit of Party members ofITL Group for them to continue to be advanced and pure Party members, the Party Committee ofITL Group carried out the activities of the Party Day under the theme of "Receiving Red Education to Stay True to the Original Mission" in batches from July 2 to 10, 2020,in the red revolution education bases, the Memorial Hall of Zhaojin Revolutionary Base in Shaanxi-Gansu Border Region and the Chenjiapo Conference Site in Tongchuan, where Party members together reviewed the effulgent fighting history of the Communist Party of China (CPC),reminisced about revolutionary martyrs, appreciated the spirit of Zhaojin Revolutionary Base, and received the baptism of the red culture.

Through the detailed interpretation of the guide, Party members got to know the fighting process of revolutionary martyrs such as Liu Zhidan, Xi Zhongxun, and Xie Zichang, who led revolutionary ranks to engage in battles regardless of harsh conditions. Party members had a strong feeling of the firm ideal and faith, as well as the revolutionary spirit encouraging the boldness to shoulder responsibilities and the hard struggle of revolutionary martyrs.

Mourn for Revolutionary Heroes

Standing in front of the Monument to Revolutionary Heroes, Party members reminisced about the martyrs, brought their spirit to mind, and were filled with the infinite reverence for the martyrs and the faith in sticking to own posts and serving the country and the people.

Visit the Exhibition Hall of the Chenjiapo Conference Site

In the Exhibition Hall of the Chenjiapo Conference Site, Party members recollected the splendid deeds of martyrs through the interpretation of the guide and the descriptions, precious pictures, and historical articles in the exhibition hall.

Attend the Party Lecture by the Veteran Red Army Man

Afterward, Party members and officials sat in a circle under the ancient pagoda tree to listen to the vivid narration of the veteran Du Tianxiang who safeguards the revolutionary site and inherits the spirit of Zhaojin Revolutionary Base about the history of Chenjiapo Conference Site. All participants felt the eventful years of the revolutionary martyrs, their adherence to the revolutionary faith, and the profound connotation of the spirit of Zhaojin Revolutionary Base, i.e., the spirit of independent exploration, the spirit of dedication without fear of sacrifice, and the spirit of solidarity and struggle.

Qu Jinwei, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager ofITL Group raised three requirements for Party members based on the actual situations of working inITL Group:

The first requirement is to remain true to the original aspiration and keep the mission firmly in mind.

Always oriented by the original aspiration and mission to "open a port", all Party members shall carry forward the spirits of Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park summarized as "industriousness, pragmatism, boldness, and wisdom" to the greatest extent so as to make due contributions as staff members ofITL Group to constructing "the largest port group in inland China".

The second requirement is to solidify the faith to forge ahead.

All Party members shall consciously strengthen the Party spirit, solidify the ideal and faith, stick to own posts, integrate communist beliefs into work, life and study, and truly give play to the exemplary and vanguard role as Party members and officials who are earnest, responsible, and self-disciplined.

The third requirement is to forge ahead in unity and make new achievements.

All Party members shall pool strengths together, guard against arrogance and impetuosity, forge ahead in an innovative and enterprising spirit and with determination, apply a realistic and pragmatic approach, and earnestly fulfill work tasks so as to make unremitting efforts for a better and better ITL Group.
