ITL Centre Bay·Phase I

ITL Centre Bay is located in the political and economic sector of Xi’an International Trade & Logistics Park (Xi’an ITL Park), enjoying convenient access to two metro entrances.It is near Entrance B of Xinsi Station on Line 14 and about 800 meters away from the Shuangzhai Station on Line 3. It is adjacent to the Olympic Sports Axis Ecological Park, which is about 7.2 kilometers long. ITL Centre Bay is a new work of ITL Real Estate in 2023, covering a total area of approximately 11.67 hectares (about 175 mu) and developed in three phases.
