On September 20, Xi'an International Inland Port Investment & Development Group (ITL Group) and Xi'an Everyday Chain Co., Ltd. (Everyday Chain) concluded a strategic cooperation framework agreement to discuss and cooperate in logistics and distribution, port trade, and trade services, relying on their respective resource advantages.

The strategic cooperation between ITL Group and Everyday Chain is an effective practice in response to the call of Xi'an Municipal People's Government for the construction of 15-minute convenient living circles throughout the city, and highlights the strategic significance of both sides' efforts in retail ecosystem integration. It will facilitate both sides to leverage their combined strengths and work with each other, and further promote the optimization and upgrading of the foreign trade and economic industry in Shaanxi Province. At the same time, both sides have agreed to establish a strategic partnership in cross-border logistics, port trade and trade services after in-depth, rapid and effective discussions and consultations, since this is conducive to forming a sound and steady development pattern in the post-pandemic period, better meeting consumers' convenient consumption needs, and achieving a win-win result for all.

Based on the high-quality resources of ITL Group in commercial real estate and commercial development, and relying on the management advantages of Everyday Chain, both sides will work together to continuously develop and optimize the services of convenience stores in Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park, and further improve the living service environment of the Park.
