2020 Global Automotive Logistics Conference Successfully Held in Xi'an!

On September 15, the 2020 Global Automobile Logistics Conference (GALC) hosted by the China Federation of Logistics & Purchase (CFLP) and co-organized by China Automotive Logistics Association of CFLP and ITL Group was held in Xi'an.Industry leaders gathered in Xi'an, adding new appeal to this ancient city.This session is built on a theme of "Cross Road: Expansion or Concentration".

The GALC is one of the most important international conferences in the automobile logistics industry, a specialized high-end platform that helps China gear to the global automotive supply chain, and deemed as the wind indicator for the future development of the global automobile logistics industry.

At the conference, leaders from all walks of life delivered wonderful speeches.Sun Yimin, Secretary of the Communist Party of China Party Working Committee of Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park delivered a speech, and Qu Jinwei, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of ITL Group and Shao Boer, General Manager of Xi’an International Inland Port Multimodal Transportation Co., Ltd. gave wonderful keynote speeches.

The GALC has been successfully held for 14 sessions in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, and so forth.It is the first time that the GALC has been held in Xi'an, putting into practice the instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping in July 2020 that efforts should be made to nurture a new development pattern that takes the domestic market as the mainstay while letting domestic and foreign markets boost each other.The dual-cycle development is a deeper reform for the Belt and Road Initiative and higher opening up for domestic demand.

The Port of Xi'an is the first inland port that is not close to coasts, rivers, and borders in China. It focuses on international automobile logistics and develops the automobile industry chain service system that integrates automobile import and export, second-hand vehicle export, import of parallel-import vehicles, collection and distribution of imported parts and components, warehousing & transportation, refitting & reconditioning, testing & repair, exhibition & display, etc.

This year GALChas directed the development of China's automobile logistics industry. Notably, China Railway Express (Chang'an) has enjoyed rapid development in the international automobile logistics industry, which has a significant impact on the structure of the future international automobile logistics industry.It has also increased the awareness of the Port of Xi'an in the global automobile logistics industry and facilitated the Port of Xi'an to be recognized by the industry,marking that Xi'an has entered a new era in the automobile logistics industry.
