On November 16, 2020, in order to actively respond to the strategy of "2020 Big Healthy China" and thoroughly implement the requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the development of the combination of medical treatment and healthcare, the signing ceremony of the healthcare project between ITL Group and Xi'an Union Hospital was held in Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park.

Qu Jinwei, secretary of the Party committee and chairman of ITL Group, Zhang Yingzhi, president of Xi'an Union Hospital and president of the nursing home, Xiao Wei, deputy general manager of ITL Group, and Leng Wei, deputy secretary of the Party committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Xi'an Union Hospital, attended the signing ceremony.

The two sides held discussions on promoting the development of the pension industry and friendly cooperation. With their respective advantages, by providing accurate operation management ideas and nursing technique service assistance, the two sides will explore a set of suitable cooperation model in the specific quality management system and innovative practice management and control, so as to promote the development process of healthcare services. The two sides will spare no effort to build a benchmark project of community healthcare, which will become a classic of "providing the elderly with a sense of security, medical care and entertainment and the combination of medical treatment and healthcare", and open a new chapter for the big health industry of ITL.

The ITL Healthcare Center is located in the commercial area of Golden Coast Community in Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park. The green coverage rate around the center is high, which provides a good living environment for the elderly. The center is equipped with single rooms, double rooms, triple rooms, medical rooms, bathrooms, hair salons, activity rooms, and other multi-functional areas. The center is based on the tenet of "people-oriented, filial piety, service for the elderly, and giving back to society". Based on the pension service market, it will introduce professional nursing concepts for the elderly, integrate pension, nursing, medical treatment, and rehabilitation, and create a characteristic elderly care institution with professional "pension, nursing, medical treatment, and rehabilitation". On November 10, ITL Group singed the Comprehensive Business Cooperation Framework Agreementwith the Shaanxi Branch of Bank of China Limited (BOC), with an aim to jointly improve the quality and efficiency of China Railway Express (CRE) Chang'an international freight trains, promote the consensus of the construction of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor (ILSTC), jointly serve the national strategy and deepen the economic and trade cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road. This effort has laid the foundation to achieve the goal of creating a multi-win situation of high-quality cooperation.

The signing of the agreement will give full play to the professional strengths of the domestic and overseas platforms of BOC providing diversified and full-featured financial services, offer full support to CRE Chang'an international freight trains and provide a variety of credit financing products and supporting financial services, which will effectively facilitate the development of ITL Group.

During discussions, the two sides discussed the development of logistics and trade financing businesses around CRE Chang'an international freight trains, striving to achieve breakthroughs in cooperation in such fields as financial leasing, parallel-import cars and used car export. The two sides also had in-depth exchanges and discussions on the existing business progress and follow-up business cooperation.

In the future, the two sides will contribute to promoting an export-oriented economy in Shaanxi, jointly facilitating bank-enterprise high-quality business cooperation, giving impetus to the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative and building a "new development pattern with the domestic cycle as the main body and the domestic and international cycles mutually promoting each other".

On November 7, Xi’an International Inland Port Multimodal Transportation Co., Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with OOCL Logistics (China) Limited at the OOCL Logistics Booth C3-03 during the 3rd China International Import Expo (CIIE).

It is the first cooperation reached by Xi’an International Inland Port Multimodal Transportation Co., Ltd. at the CIIE. At present, the high-quality development of China Railway Express (CRE) Chang'an international freight trains continues to be accelerated. After partnering with DHL, DB Schenker, RTSB, DBCargo, Volvo and China FAW Group Import and Export Co., Ltd., it has signed an agreement with OOCL Logistics this time, marking that new momentum has been continuously injected into the development of CRE Chang'an international freight trains.

The signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the two sides will further drive their close cooperation, give full play to each other's location and service advantages, promote the development of the sea-rail intermodal transport business and provide better sea-rail intermodal transport solutions for clients of countries along the Belt and Road.

Since the two sides signed the cooperation agreement in March 2020, OOCL Logistics has gradually developed to transport products with high added value to Europe and other places by means of CRE trains, relying on its rich direct client resources accumulated through years of shipping advantages and experience and combining the advantages of CRE trains traveling shorter transport distance and taking less cycle time than transport by sea.

Next, Xi’an International Inland Port Multimodal Transportation Co., Ltd. will strengthen the in-depth cooperation with OOCL Logistics, continue to provide excellent services, improve efficiency, give full play to the respective comparative advantages of the two sides, enhance the competitiveness of CRE Chang'an international freight trains at home and abroad and explore more cooperation modes to jointly build CRE high-quality sea-rail intermodal transport lines, thus making new and greater contributions to the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative.

The 3rd China International Import Expo (CIIE) widely concerned by the public was inaugurated in Shanghai. As a major international economic and trade event carried out under the regular epidemic prevention and control, CIIE supports trade liberalization and economic globalization and shares the opportunities brought about by the "new development pattern with the domestic cycle as the main body and the domestic and international cycles mutually promoting each other". ITL Group led its subsidiaries to participate in this unique oriental event.

On November 4, ITL Group and DHL Global Forwarding (China) Co., Ltd. once again reached in-depth cooperation after jointly developing the German Express and joined hands to embark on a new journey.

The signing of the agreement means that the two sides will launch brand-new business cooperation in the cross-border e-commerce field on the basis of deepening international logistics cooperation, which is an all-round upgrade of the cooperation between the two sides in more in-depth and wider fields.

During discussions, the two sides expressed that they should give full play to their respective advantages and further carry out in-depth cooperation. The two sides held exchanges on cooperation in new line development, express optimization and cross-border e-commerce.

In the next step, the two sides will rely on the cross-border e-commerce port of Xi'an Comprehensive Bonded Zone, increase resource investment in international freight, port operation, market promotion and other aspects. Through resource integration, the two sides will improve the business model of "CRE (Chang'an) +" and realize deeper business interaction.

On the morning of October 15,2020,with the great support of Xi'an Customs District P.R.China, China Railway Xi'an Group Co., Ltd., China Railway Container Transport Co., Ltd. (CRCT), CRIntermodal Xi'an Railway Container Terminal, the China Railway Express (Chang'an) train for 82 imported Audi vehicles arrived in Xi'an. This is another imported vehicle project implemented by ITL Group after the successful imported Volvo vehicle project.

Su Guofeng, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park, Yu Hong, Vice General Manager of China Faw Group Import & Export Co., Ltd., and Qu Jinwei, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of ITL Group attended the Receiving Ceremony and delivered speeches.

The train for imported Audi vehicles started from Bremerhaven, Germany, passed by Belarus and Kazakhstan, and entered China. It took the train 13 days to arrive at the destination.This year, China Railway Express (Chang'an) will dispatch 6 trains every week to transport about 2,460 imported Audi vehicles.

These Audi vehicles were all transported through China Railway Express (Chang'an), greatly reducing the transport time and cost, and increasing the international transport efficiency. Based on the advantageous location of the Port of Xi'an, Audi vehicles will be distributed to the domestic market after arrival at the port, which will dramatically reduce the distribution time and cost, help Audi give quick response to the market demand in a more efficient means of transport and deliver vehicles to terminal customers in a shorter time, and improve the enterprise competitiveness.

For this transportation task, ITL Group formed the Audi Project Team. This team visited the Chinese headquarters of Audi in Changchun several times for discussion and invited relevant personnel of Audi to visit Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park, CRIntermodal Xi'an Railway Container Terminal, Xi'an Vehicle Import Port, and the automobile testing line, meanwhile, it actively provided the customer with the whole-process logistics solutions and prepared special wooden pallets and solid belts to ensure secure and safe transportation.

The Port of Xi'an is a natural logistics distribution centerequipped with a well-established vehicle port.From January to August 2020, the vehicle import port at the Port of Xi'an ranked sixth among all coastal and inland ports and first among all inland ports in terms of the number of imported vehicles.

After the ceremony, all participants visited the comprehensive port of the Port of Xi'an. By virtue of the rapid development of China Railway Express (Chang'an), the Port of Xi'an has focused on international automobile logistics and developed the automobile industry chain service system that integrates automobile import and export, second-hand vehicle export, import of parallel-import vehicles, collection and distribution of imported parts and components, warehousing & transportation, etc.

China Railway Express (Chang'an) is the transport carrier for the vehicle port at the Port of Xi'an. From January to August this year, 2,439 trains were dispatched, 1.9 times higher than that of the same period last year; a total of 1.89 million tons of goods were transported, 1.8 times higher than that of the same period last year. It was top-ranked concerning several core indicators, including the dispatched amount, the ratio of the loaded container, and the volume of freight.

In the future, ITL Group will continue improving the quality and frequency of China Railway Express (Chang'an) and make contributions to further accelerating the construction of the China Railway Express (Xi'an) Collaboration Center and developing a new development pattern that takes the domestic market as the mainstay while letting domestic and foreign markets boost each other.
