In 2018, CRE Chang'an international freight trains had a total of 1,235 departures, which was 6.37 times that of 2017; the trains transported 1.202 million tons of goods in total, which was 5.18 times that of 2017. Among them, the trains were set 640 times to and from Europe (227 trains from China to Europe and 413 trains from Europe to China) and 595 times to and from other Asian countries, which was the top 1 in a comprehensive ranking of China as well as in the rankings for the indicators including the volumes of departures, heavy container rate, and freight volume.
In 2019, CRE Chang'an international freight trains had a total of 2,133 departures, which was 1.7 times that of 2018; the trains transported 1.802 million tons of goods in total, which was 1.5 times that of 2018. Among them, the trains departed 1,222 times to and from Europe (581 trains from China to Europe and 641 trains from Europe to China) and 911 times to and from other Asian countries. The trains' comprehensive strength was ranked the top 1 in China, so were its indicators such as the volumes of departures, heavy container rate, and freight volume.
In 2020, CRE Chang'an international freight trains had a total of 3,720 departures, which was 1.7 times that of 2019; the trains transported 2.811 million tonnes of goods in total, which was 1.6 times that of 2019. Among them, the trains were set 2,726 times to and from Europe (1,415 trains from China to Europe and 1,311 trains from Europe to China) and 994 times to and from other Asian countries. At that time, the Chang'an international freight train was ranked as the top 1 in China for its comprehensive strength as always, as well as in the core indicators assessments, including the volumes of departures, heavy container rate, and freight volume. Furthermore, CRE also won first place for the quality evaluation index of China.
