Xi'an Railway Container Center Station sets up many special areas such as the storage area, warehousing area, refrigeration area, and international container area, as well as other service facilities. It is equipped with modern container handling equipment, advanced storage management and dispatch monitoring systems so as to realize efficient automatic operation.

▲ Bonded warehousing

Xi'an Comprehensive Bonded Zone has built bonded warehouses and workshops with 100,000 square meters, including 15,000 square meters of cold storage, to provide customers with services such as bonded logistics, bonded warehousing, and bonded processing.

▲ "Door-to-door" and "door-to-station" international transport services

It provides pick-up and distribution services within 1,000 kilometers in China and in a "station-to-door" way overseas.

It provides enterprises engaging in import and export trade and logistics with services including agency customs clearance and agency registration.

It provides import & export enterprises that export goods to China with agency services such as registration, filing, sampling inspection and customs clearance documents handling in relevant departments of China so as to shorten the sales cycle of overseas goods into the Chinese market.

▲ Cross-border e-commerce customs clearance services

On March 19, 2014, the General Administration of Customs officially approved the pilot project of Xi'an cross-border e-commerce services. At present, it provides four types of business such as goods consolidation import, bonded online shopping, and stock import, as well as general export and stock export.

▲ Customs clearance services at the designated port for imported meat

Xi'an's designated port for imported meat has complete supporting facilities, with an annual handling capacity of 50,000 TEUs. The port can provide enterprises with services including sea-rail multimodal transport, cold-chain transportation, agency customs clearance, policy consultation, port inspection and cold storage.

▲Supply chain financial services

On the basis of providing basic financial services such as warehouse receipt pledge and agency tax rebate, it works with PICC to develop China's first China Railway Express delay insurance, with a maximum payment of USD 1,000/40-feet container.

▲ Whole process ground services

It can provide services such as container loading adjustment, short-distance barge transport, delivery on arrival, reserved pick-up, customs declaration and clearance, and container rental.
